Thriving During Organizational Change

    

Workshop Length: 2 hours
   
Purpose: To help employees learn to not just survive, but to thrive during organizational change.
   
Description: This workshop enables participants to develop a clear understanding of the organizational change process and how it impacts them.  They learn how to develop the skills needed to effectively negotiate change and how to recognize the stages of the change process.  They will also discover specific next steps for moving through the change.  This is an ideal program to offer retained employees after a reduction in force or reorganization.
   
Objectives:
  • Describe the change process and how it appears personally and in the organization
  • Assess your place in the current change process
  • Understand the organizational and human factors involved in experiencing change and moving through the change process
  • Determine actions you can take to survive and thrive during the change
