The Balancing Act

Workshop Length: 1 hour

Purpose:    To achieve greater fulfillment and peace in everyday living by learning to recognize what’s most important and how to focus on that

Description: Just how does a working person achieve work-life balance given the varied demands of attending to customers, coworkers, and bosses; attending to family; and caring for self?  While there is no one right answer that fits everyone, there are strategies to get participants closer to their own sense of balance.  They begin by examining what’s not working and what balance would look like for them.  Then they explore some common pitfalls to avoid and finally look at several approaches they can begin today to achieve more control and peace in their everyday lives.  This program helps people step back and assess their overall sense of balance and priorities, giving them permission to take more control over what’s most important.
