Small Step Approach to Living Well

Workshop Length: 1 hour
   
Purpose: To assess their overall state of wellness and create an action plan of small steps to achieve greater health and well-being
   
Description: Participants assess their overall state of wellness, looking at the areas of fitness, nutrition, chemical dependency, stress management, personal hygiene, disease prevention, emotional well-being, personal safety, and environmental health.  They learn to align all aspects of their health and create a realistic action plan to achieve their goals one step at a time.  This is a great overview of wellness as a whole.

  • Assess their overall state of wellness

  • Understand the importance of nine wellness categories and ways to improve their lifestyles in each
