Description: | Participants assess their overall state of wellness, looking at the areas of fitness, nutrition, chemical dependency, stress management, personal hygiene, disease prevention, emotional well-being, personal safety, and environmental health. They learn to align all aspects of their health and create a realistic action plan to achieve their goals one step at a time. This is a great overview of wellness as a whole. |
